Our People and Technology
Training and development at General Magnetics is an ongoing process that has resulted in better products and services. At General Magnetics, the pursuit of excellence in quality has evolved into an unfailing commitment towards achieving product consistency and higher yields.

CD-R Technology
General Magnetics' operations are extensively automated, employing state-of-the-art technology with the latest and most sophisticated technology. One such investment is the use of phthalocyanine dye in the production CD-Rs. The phthalocyanine dye remains stable even in high heat and humid conditions. In addition, it is less sensitive to light exposure after recording, thus enhancing the durability and longevity of CD-Rs. General Magnetics' CD-Rs are manufactured for optimum performance and conform to Orange Book II and ISO standards. Our CD-Rs are compatible with a wide range of CD-R writers and CD-ROM drives.

ISO 9001:2000
General Magnetics' entire line of products and services, from Pre-mastering to Packaging are certified ISO 9001:2000. ISO 9001:2000 is a Quality Assurance System made up of quality system requirements which improves process and quality control.
